1- Why do I need to sign up as a customer? Can I make an order without signing up?

Yes, you can do shopping online as a visitor on the website of Meta Fang. However, there are some advantages of signing up such as doing your order follow-up, being able to contact with you in any case of need and staying up to date the things about your order.

How can I sign up to the website?

You can click the link of ‘’Sign up’’ on the home page and fill up the membership form. You can reach the link from HERE.

If I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can type in your e-mail address and click the ‘’Reset Password’’ button and you should receive further instructions via email shortly.

Should I update my membership information?

We highly recommend you to update your membership information page in case you make changes on your contact information.

Is it secure to do shopping from Meta Fang?

During the payment session, the data about your credit card is encoded with 128bit SSL. In the meanwhile, your data is only sent to the bank. It is not withheld by Meta Fang.

Is my personal information protected by Meta Fang?

Your membership registration and personal identifying information are protected in accordance with membership contract.

Do you store credit card information in database?

No, credit card information is not stored in our database.

SHIPPING

How much to charge for shipping?

Which shipping agency do you work?

We have an agreement with MNG agency.

How long does the delivery time take?

The estimated time of arrival is between 2 and 4 days. The shipping agency will deliver your product from 10.00 to 18.00 on weekdays.

What should I do in the product is not delivered to me by the shipping agency?

If you’re not at your address on delivery day, the shipping agency will leave a note ad your product will be sent to the distribution center. If your product is not received by you, it will be sent to the Meta Fang storage center. You can contact to us for delivery again. If we can’t reach you, your delivery of product will be cancelled and the repayment of product will be done.

REFUND & RETURN

What should I do in case of return and refund?

You should send an e-mail to [email protected] with the product code and the reason of return.

In which cases, return and refund policy is valid?

We assure our customers with %100 return and refund right. You have 14 calendar days for refund and also you have 30 calendar days to change the product from the date you received it.

How long does it take to be refunded?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item in 5 days. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

Which shipping agency should I choose?

We have an agreement with MNG shipping agencies. You can send your products through these agencies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
