Shipping and Delivery 

Products will be delivered to you through our affiliated partner, FedEx. The standard shipping fee is €20.00

After confirming your payment information, your order will be prepared and delivered to the specified address within 7 business days, as mentioned. 

For product exchanges, returns, or in case of incorrect delivery address, the customer is responsible for the incurred shipping costs. If there are any delays in delivery or similar issues, feel free to contact us via Instagram or at hello@metafang.com 

Return and Exchange 

You can request an exchange for the purchased product within seven (7) days starting from the delivery date, as long as the product remains undamaged, with tags intact, and unused. 

Please note that returns/exchanges are not accepted for products without tags, washed, or used. 

For returns, META FANG does not incur any expenses. However, if you need to return a product due to a defect in delivery, we will cover the return costs. 

To initiate the return/exchange process, please fill out the return form. 

Return Process

When the returned product/products reach us, they undergo an inspection by us and the courier to check for any damage and compliance with the return rules. If any non-compliance with the return conditions is detected, the return will not be accepted. However, if the return meets the criteria, the return process will be initiated. 

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the account from which the product was originally paid within a legal period of 10 business days. This period starts from the date META FANG receives the returned product/products. Please note that any delays caused by banks or other institutions are not the responsibility of META FANG.
