Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange the product you purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date, provided the item is not damaged, the tag is not removed, and it has not been used.

Pre-order products are custom-made for the order and are not returnable.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for items without tags, washed or used items, or products that have lost their resaleability.

META FANG does not cover any costs for returns. If you must return an item because it was delivered defective, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

When the returned products reach us, it is checked in the presence of the courier whether the product is damaged and whether the return rules have been followed. If a condition contrary to the return terms is detected, the return will not be accepted. If the return meets the conditions, the return process will be initiated.

When the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to the card you used for payment within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts when metafang.com receives the returned product. META FANG is not responsible for delays caused by banks or other institutions.
