Returns and Exchanges
At META FANG, your satisfaction matters to us at every step of your shopping experience. For items purchased through distance selling, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Exchange requests are assessed based on product and stock availability.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Items sent back for a return or exchange must be:
- Unused,
- Unwashed,
- With tags still attached,
- Undamaged and not altered,
- Complete with all accessories and parts sent with the item,
- In a condition suitable for resale.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pre-Order Items
Items sold as pre-order are produced specifically for your order and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
For pre-order items, we only provide support in cases of manufacturing defects, damage or an incorrect item being sent.
Hygiene Products
For health and hygiene reasons, items whose protective packaging, tape, seal or wrapping has been opened after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged. Depending on their nature, this may include earrings and similar hygiene products.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us. After review, META FANG will handle the necessary return or exchange, and the related shipping costs will be covered by us.
Return Shipping
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges requested by the customer are paid by the customer.
Shipping and other delivery costs for items sent to us for a return or exchange are covered by the customer. Defective, damaged or incorrectly sent items are excluded from this.
Return Process
Once you submit a return request, the item must be sent back to us within the stated period.
Items we receive are checked against the return conditions. Items that have been used, washed, had their tags removed, are damaged or are no longer suitable for resale will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, the item price will be refunded within 14 days to the payment method used at purchase.
The refund process starts after META FANG receives the returned item and completes the necessary checks.
After META FANG issues the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account or on your card may vary depending on your bank, payment provider or card issuer.
